A very original and unusual jelly is obtained from dried fruits. And if you won't surprise anyone with compote from them, then jelly is still a kind of curiosity. By the way, I prefer not to filter the drink and leave dried fruits in it – this is even tastier.
Ingredients
- Dried Fruits - 3-4 handfuls
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 100 g
- Starch - 1-2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the dried fruits, fill with water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 15 minutes and add sugar to taste.
Dilute the starch in a small amount of water.
Stirring, pour it into the dried fruits, and boil the jelly to the desired density for a couple more minutes.
