- Gooseberry - 300 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Mint - 30 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Gooseberry pick and rinse.
Pour the berries into boiling water and boil for 3 minutes.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a saucepan with boiling compote.
Boil for 1 minute, add mint and turn off the heat.
Add sugar, stir and insist under the lid for 30 minutes.
