Ingredients
- Coffee (strong) – 80 ml
- Milk - 220 ml
- Water - 200 ml
- Brown Sugar - 1 glass
- Cinnamon - 1 wand
- Ground ginger - 1 tsp.
- Star anise - 1 asterisk
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix sugar and spices, pour water, bring to a boil and boil the syrup for 15 minutes on low heat.
Make coffee in any convenient way and add ready-made syrup to taste.
Heat the milk almost to a boil, whisk it into a foam and pour it into a latte. Mix it gently.
