With the beginning of the pumpkin season, pumpkin juice becomes my favorite everyday drink. To make it even tastier, I prefer to add some other ingredients to it. For example, it is very tasty and fresh with citrus sourness of oranges.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and grate the pumpkin.
Add a little water and simmer the mass until soft.
Grind with a blender.
Add orange juice, water and sugar to taste.
