- Cookies - 250 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Mascarpone - 400 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Cream (33%) – 100 ml
- Condensed milk - 200 g
- Gelatin - 25 g
- Honey - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions.
Chop the cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter and tamp the base into a mold.
Whisk all other ingredients with a blender until smooth.
Pour in the gelatin, whisk again and pour the mass onto the base.
Put the cheesecake in the oven overnight.
