Most of the airy cake is cheese filling. Different dairy products are used for its preparation. The most popular option, perhaps, can be called a cheesecake with mascarpone. The smooth structure of Italian cheese perfectly complements the delicate dessert.
Ingredients
- Flour - 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 65 g
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Beans - 2 glasses
- Mascarpone - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour cream - 50 g
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix flour, baking powder and sugar.
Add the egg, melted butter and knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
Take it out of the refrigerator, warm it up for 15-20 minutes, and then roll out the cake according to the diameter of the prepared mold.
Put in a mold, pierce with a fork in several places, cover with baking paper and cover with beans. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Remove from the oven, remove the paper with the beans.
Mix mascarpone, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Continuously beating the mass, add all the eggs one by one. Whisk everything together for 3-5 minutes.
Put it in a baking dish with a baked base and smooth it out.
Bake for 1.5 hours in the oven at 150 degrees. Do not remove the finished mascarpone cheesecake from the mold until it has completely cooled down.
