Well, who doesn't like ice cream, especially on hot summer days? And how good and delicious is the ice cream made at home! It has only one drawback – you will no longer be able to return to the purchased one. But it's worth it!


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Whisk eggs with sugar with a whisk.

Preheat the milk to about 60 degrees, mix with the eggs and warm up a little more until thickened. Do not bring it to a boil.

Let the mixture cool.

Whisk the cream a little and mix everything together.

Put the ice cream in the freezer until it hardens and stir every 30 minutes for the first 2-3 hours.
