- Milk - 420 ml

- Cream (33%) – 120 ml
- Sugar - 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk eggs with sugar with a whisk.
Preheat the milk to about 60 degrees, mix with the eggs and warm up a little more until thickened. Do not bring it to a boil.
Let the mixture cool.
Whisk the cream a little and mix everything together.
Put the ice cream in the freezer until it hardens and stir every 30 minutes for the first 2-3 hours.
