I suggest you cook another interesting version of your favorite dessert. This time we will bake sour cream with berries. The dessert turns out delicious and so beautiful that it can be proudly placed on the table even in front of important guests.
Ingredients
- Flour - 200 g
- Cottage cheese - 150 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - 1 art.l.
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Berries (any) – 150 g
- Sour cream - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Flour - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese, milk, butter and powdered sugar.
Add baking soda, baking powder, sifted flour and mix.
Cover the split mold with a diameter of 24-26 cm with baking paper.
Put the dough on the bottom, lightly tamping and forming high sides.
Beat eggs with powdered sugar.
Add sour cream, flour and mix.
Pour in the berries and mix gently again.
Pour the sour cream filling into the mold with the prepared base and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
Do not remove the finished sour cream with berries from the oven until it has completely cooled down.
