- Black Currant - 400 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 500 ml
- Condensed milk - 400 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the black currant in a blender.
Rub the resulting mass through a sieve to remove the seeds and peel.
Mix the currant puree with condensed milk.
Beat the cooled cream with a mixer until soft peaks.
Add the currant stock and mix well.
Put it in a mold and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. For the first 3 hours, take the ice cream out of the refrigerator every 40 minutes and mix thoroughly.
