One of the most harmonious combinations of berries in all kinds of compotes and jams is raspberries with blackberries. I share my favorite recipe for fragrant jam based on them. Plus, this recipe is very simple – the berries do not even need to be ground from the seeds.
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 1 kg
- Blackberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash raspberries and blackberries, cover with sugar and leave for half an hour.
Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Let the jam cool, boil again and boil.
Add citric acid, put it in sterile jars and roll it up.
