Ingredients
- Watermelon - 1.5 kg
- Water - 6 l
- Syrup (watermelon) – 0.5 glasses
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Dry yeast - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the watermelon pulp from the peel and seeds.
Chop, fill with water and bring to a boil.
Boil the mass until the cream is thick. Strain.
Pour the remaining cake with a couple of glasses of boiling water and leave for half an hour.
Strain again and mix with the broth.
Add syrup and yeast mixed with sugar.
Leave the kvass in a warm place for 4-5 hours.
Strain again, pour into bottles and add another spoonful of sugar to each one if desired.
Leave the kvass in a cold place for another 2 days.
