Drinks from wild berries are incredibly fragrant, refreshing and extremely delicious. They are good both in the summer and in the winter cold. Preparation of blueberry juice takes a minimum of time, and the taste and benefits of such a drink can hardly be overestimated.
Ingredients
- Blueberries - 300 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the berries, dry them a little, rub through a sieve (berry juice and berry cake should be obtained separately).
Put the cake in a saucepan, add sugar and water, bring to a boil over low heat and boil for another 5 minutes. Strain the broth.
Add berry juice to the resulting broth, mix thoroughly, add a little more sugar if necessary, boil for 5 minutes.
Pour the blueberry juice into a decanter and serve to the table.
