Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1 kg
- Dried apricots - 200 g
- Water - 2-2.5 l
- Sugar - 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.
Rinse the dried apricots thoroughly and add to the pumpkin.
Fill with water and boil everything until the pumpkin is soft for about 20 minutes.
Grind with a blender and add sugar to taste.
Bring the juice to a boil again and remove from the heat.
