Ingredients
- Turn (blackthorn) – 250 g
- Water - 1.2 l
- Sugar - 80 g
- Ground cinnamon - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick a thorn and fill it with water.
Bring to a boil and boil the compote for 7 minutes.
Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Remove the compote from the heat and let it brew.
