It is impossible to call this drink very tasty, but it is incredibly useful. Natural probiotics, which are contained in oatmeal jelly, have a beneficial effect on the work of the intestines. To achieve the best effect, it is recommended to drink it warm.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Place the oat flakes in a prepared container.

Fill with warm water and set aside for 15 minutes.

Grind in a blender until smooth, and then strain through cheesecloth.

Add sugar, stir and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
