- Peaches - 600 g
- Red currant - 200 g
- Water - 1.5-2 l
- Sugar - 6-8 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peaches into slices and cut off the twigs from the red currant.
Boil water with sugar and mix.
Add peaches and currants.
Cook the compote for 15 minutes on low heat.
