Ingredients
- Gooseberry (frozen) – 300 g
- Strawberries (frozen) – 300 g
- Blueberries (frozen) – 300 g
- Frozen berries (any) – 300 g
- Water - 2-2.5 l
- Sugar - 7 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil until it dissolves. You can add spices to taste.
Send all the frozen berries into boiling syrup and wait for them to boil again.
Cook the compote for about 10 minutes on low heat and let it brew under the lid.
