This wonderful drink appeared in the late 90s in one of the coffee shops in Moscow. Now it is being prepared almost everywhere. In fact, the recipe is so simple that raf coffee can be easily prepared at home.
Ingredients
- Ground coffee (with slide) – 1 tsp.
- Water - 100 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Cream - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the coffee in a turk and pour cold water over it.
Boil for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and gently drain into the prepared glass.
Add vanilla sugar and mix.
Whisk cream with sugar using a special mixer.
Add whipped cream to a cup of coffee and serve.
