Warming drink for autumn. If there is pumpkin puree in stock, the cooking process will be reduced to 10 minutes. But in any case, the time spent is absolutely not a pity, because pumpkin spicy latte is very tasty!
Ingredients
- Pumpkin (pulp) – 100 g
- Ground coffee - 20 g
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Star anise - 1 asterisk
- Cinnamon - 1 wand
- Milk - 200 ml
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin pulp and place it in a saucepan.
Add 800 ml of water, cinnamon stick, star anise and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the spices. Puree the soft pumpkin with an immersion blender.
Pour ground coffee into the turk and fill with the remaining water.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Mix freshly brewed coffee, spices and pumpkin puree.
Lather the milk with a cappuccino maker.
Pour the coffee-pumpkin mixture into cups and add the foamed milk.
