Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put the rowan in a jar, cover with sugar, pour 2 liters of boiling water and let cool to room temperature.

Dilute the yeast in warm water according to the instructions.

Pour into the rowan, cover with gauze and leave the kvass in a dark place to ferment for 3 days.

Pour the starter, add sugar and leave for another 3 days.

Strain the kvass, add the raisins and bottle it.

Leave it in the refrigerator for another day.
