- Strawberries - 300 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the strawberries with water, add sugar and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for 5-7 minutes. If desired, strain or grind through a sieve.
Dilute the starch in a small amount of water.

Boil the jelly for another 2 minutes.
