- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Egg yolks - 6 pieces
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cottage cheese with an immersion blender.
Add yolks, salt, sour cream, vanilla and plain sugar. Continue to work with the blender until the mass becomes homogeneous.
Sprinkle with flour and mix well again.
Put the curd dough in a greased form.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
