Cottage cheese casserole made of granular cottage cheese

Traditionally, cottage cheese casserole is made as homogeneous as possible. To do this, the cottage cheese is ground through a sieve or crushed with a blender. But in fact, fans of grainy texture can safely do without it, at the same time saving a little time.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (grainy) – 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Starch - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream.
Beat eggs with sugar and combine with cottage cheese.
Add starch and put the mass in a greased bowl of a slow cooker.
Cook for 45-50 minutes in baking mode.
