- Pear - 1 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .

- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pears into quarters and peel them from the seeds.
Put the fruit on a covered baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Chop the pears and peeled garlic in a blender.
Add spices, salt, remaining oil and cook for 20 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and turn off the heat.
Arrange the hot sauce in jars, roll it up and wrap it with a blanket.
