The combination of strawberries and apricots is just a godsend for a wide variety of desserts and preparations. Today I want to share with you my favorite homemade jam made from these ingredients. Sweet even without a lot of sugar, it will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients
- Apricots - 1 kg
- Water - 100 ml
- Strawberry - 600 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 2 pinches
- Vanillin - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots and finely chop the fruits.
Cover with sugar, add water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 15 minutes on low heat and add chopped strawberries.
Bring the jam to a boil again, boil for another 15 minutes and add vanilla with citric acid.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
