Beetroot without cabbage with tomato paste for winter

In fact, almost any favorite soup, if desired, can be rolled up for the winter. This beetroot was originally an experiment, but the experiment was completely successful, so I share the results. Let's cook it without cabbage, but with tomato paste.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 kg
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Tomato paste - 350 ml
- Vegetable oil - 250 ml
- Vinegar - 5 art.l.
- Salt - 3 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and grate the carrots and beets.
Mix everything together, add sugar, salt, butter, tomato and crushed garlic.
Simmer the workpiece on the stove for 50 minutes under the lid after boiling.
Pour in the vinegar, simmer for another 20 minutes and roll the beetroot into sterile jars.
