I love to harvest for the winter from my garden. The recipe for black currant in its own juice is one of my favorite ways to preserve berries for a long time. I am sure that this dessert will become a real decoration of any table in winter.
Ingredients
- Black Currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the black currant, mix with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Arrange in sterilized jars.
Sterilize the jars for another 20-30 minutes in boiling water until the juice ceases to stand out.
Roll up for the winter.
