Today I want to share with you my favorite milk soup, which is perfect for lunch for the whole family. It differs from the usual sweet milk soups with rice. Here you will need vegetables, meat and spices.
Ingredients
- Chicken - 350 g
- Water - 700 ml
- Milk - 600 ml
- Fig - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the chicken with water and boil until tender.
Add the rice to the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Chop carrots, peppers and onions, fry everything together until soft.
Add chili, garlic and spices to them. Stir the roast and send it to the rice.
Pour the milk into the soup, bring to a boil and boil the soup until the cereals are ready.
Sprinkle everything with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
