Ingredients
- Celery - 350 g
- Vegetable broth - 300 ml
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples and the skins and the middle, wrap in foil and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, and fry until soft.
Add the celery and continue frying for a couple more minutes. Season it.
Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, add the apples and whisk everything with a blender. If necessary, add more broth.
