- Cream (15%) – 150 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Ground coffee - 2.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Brew coffee in any way and strain.
Add pumpkin puree, sugar and spices. Whisk.
Separately whisk warm cream until fluffy.
Mix with coffee and whisk again.
