Finely grate the ginger.

Squeeze the juice out of half an orange, and cut the other half into slices.

Send the tea leaves, orange slices, ginger and cloves to the teapot. Pour 200 ml of boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.

Add the orange juice, honey and the remaining boiling water before serving.
