Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 800 g
- Sugar - 5 art.l.
- Thyme - 1 twig
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the gooseberries, cover with water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar, stir and boil the compote for 5 minutes.
Add a sprig of thyme and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
