Ingredients
- Water - 5 l
- Cherry leaves - 1 handful
- Wheat bran - 500 g
- Corn flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- White bread - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix a third of the bran, bread crumbs, a little water and mash the mass.
Leave it in a warm place under the lid for 2 days.
Mix this billet, the remaining bran and corn flour.
Pour hot water and add cherry leaves.
Leave at room temperature for a day. Stir 2-3 times during this time.
Strain the kvass and bottle it.
