Wash the turkey fillet, cut into small pieces and boil for 10 minutes.
Change the water, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Peel and slice potatoes, carrots, onions.
Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Pour the washed rice, potatoes and roast into a saucepan with meat. Cook for 15 minutes.
Add salt, sprinkle with chopped herbs and turn off after 2 minutes.
