Turkey soups are very tasty and healthy. They are often prescribed for dietary nutrition, prepared for children and the elderly. A plate of fragrant dishes quickly restores strength and literally energizes. I'm telling you a very simple recipe for a light soup with turkey and rice.

Ingredients

  • Turkey (fillet) – 350 g
  • Potatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Fig - 3 art.l.
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Greenery (different) – 3 twigs
  • Water (filtered) – 2.5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the turkey fillet, cut into small pieces and boil for 10 minutes.

Change the water, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.

Peel and slice potatoes, carrots, onions.

Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Pour the washed rice, potatoes and roast into a saucepan with meat. Cook for 15 minutes.

Add salt, sprinkle with chopped herbs and turn off after 2 minutes.
