What is not added to the classic national hodgepodge! For example, here is an option with beans. If you want to take a dry one, soak it and boil it until soft in advance. But you can do canned food without wasting time.
Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Smoked meat - 300 g
- Semi-smoked sausage - 300 g
- Beans (boiled or canned) – 200 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Olives - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cucumber pickle - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beef until tender, remove and cut into strips with the rest of the meat products. Send it back to the broth.
Cut the remaining ingredients into strips.
Fry onions and carrots until soft, add cucumbers and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Put all the remaining ingredients into the broth and cook the hodgepodge for 15 minutes.
