Prepare a thick tomato soup with pork and rice for lunch. Be sure to add bay leaf and garlic. These spices will very successfully emphasize the taste of pork and help it to open up. Adjust the amount of tomato sauce to your liking.
Ingredients
- Pork - 500 g
- Potatoes (medium) – 4 pieces
- Bell pepper - half
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Fig - 4 tbsp.l.
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan.
Add bay leaf, cold water and cook for 40 minutes on low heat.
Peel and slice potatoes, bell peppers, carrots, onions.
Fry onions and carrots in oil until golden brown.
Add the bell pepper and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, a couple of spoonfuls of broth from the pan and garlic passed through the press. Press everything together for 7 minutes.
Pour the roast, washed rice and potatoes into a saucepan with meat. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Add salt, ground pepper and turn off the heat.
