- Currant (any) – 500 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the currants and rinse thoroughly.
Boil water, add currants and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add sugar and mix well.
Insist the ready-made currant compote under the lid for 15 minutes. Then pour into the prepared container and put it in the refrigerator.
