Ingredients
- Beetroot - 5 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Bell pepper - 600 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Garlic - 200 g
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 glass
- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel all the vegetables and put them through a meat grinder.
Add salt, sugar and butter. Simmer the mass for an hour on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar and simmer the salad for another 5 minutes.
Roll it up in sterilized jars.
