To avoid the temptation to buy sweets in winter, make more delicious stocks of fruits and berries. Among other things, I propose to cook a thick jelly-five minutes of viburnum. A short cooking allows you to keep the maximum of useful substances in the berries.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gelatin with water and put it aside for 15 minutes.
Place the viburnum in a wide saucepan and mash it with a pusher.
Rub the resulting mass through a sieve to remove the bones and peel.
Add sugar and boil for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the blank with gelatin and mix.
Arrange the jelly in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
