  • Water - 4 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the eggplant into small pieces and pour salted water for 20 minutes.

Chop the herbs, peeled garlic and onion.

Boil water, add salt, spices, eggplant, garlic, onion and herbs.

Boil for 5-7 minutes, catch it with a slotted spoon and put it in jars.

Add a little oil and vinegar to each jar.

Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
