Another variation of the popular crab balls – now with a surprise. It turns out a kind of Raffaello from the world of snacks. Olives or olives can be taken any, but the main thing is to be seedless. For convenience, serve balls with skewers.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 75 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cheese - 150 g
- Olives - 20 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs until tender, separate the whites and yolks, and grate them separately on the smallest grater.
On the same grater, grate the hard cheese and crab sticks separately. It is better to leave the sticks a little frozen – it is more convenient this way.
Mix crab sticks with proteins, and cheese with yolks and mayonnaise.
Roll a ball of cheese mass and gently drown the olive in it.
After that, roll the ball in crab-protein chips and put it on a plate.
By the same principle, make the remaining balls to the end of the ingredients.
