An appetizing snack can be prepared for breakfast, served as a healthy snack or an addition to the main meal. Decorate lean sandwiches with herbs, lemon slices and put them on the festive table.

- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp.l.
- Bread - 6 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the stone and slice.
Place the pieces of fruit in a blender bowl, add the peeled garlic, lemon juice, ground pepper, salt and 1 tbsp oil. Grind until smooth.
Grease the pan with the remaining oil, lay out the bread and lightly brown on both sides.
Fry the pumpkin seeds separately in a dry frying pan.
Generously grease the bread with avocado preparation, sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
