Ingredients
- Apples - 600 g
- Nectarine - 3 pieces
- Gooseberry - 400 g
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples and nectarines into small cubes, and rinse the gooseberries.
Fill everything with water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and mix the compote.
Cook it for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
