By itself, a milkshake is quite a healthy drink, especially if you cook it without excess sugar and other controversial additives. I have a favorite PP version of this cocktail, which I want to share with you today. Catch it!
Ingredients
- Milk - 600 ml
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Strawberries - 1 handful
- Nuts - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ice - 1 handful
- Vanillin - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
You can take vegetable milk.
Whisk the cocktail until smooth and pour into glasses.
