- Coffee (espresso) – 80 ml
- Cream (bold) – 300 ml
- Almond petals - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Brew espresso in any way.
Mix it with cream, syrup and vanilla sugar to taste.
Beat everything to a persistent foam and decorate the raf with almond petals.
