When there is no desire to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, cook a quick hodgepodge with pickled cucumbers. A very fragrant and satisfying dish! According to the recipe, potatoes are not needed here, but if you really want, you can add a couple of things for density.
Ingredients
- Smoked sausage - 300 g
- Cucumbers (pickled) – 2 pieces
- Olives (without a bone) – 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Lemon (for submission) – half
- Meat broth - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sausage, cucumbers, onions, dill and lemon cut into small cubes.
In a hot frying pan with oil, fry the onion until golden brown.
Pour in the sausage and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste, 1 cup of broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
Boil the broth, add the roast, cucumbers, olives and bay leaf. Boil everything together for 8 minutes. Add dill, salt, ground black pepper and turn off after 2 minutes.
Insist the finished hodgepodge under the lid for 10-15 minutes. Serve by adding a slice of lemon to the plate.
