Rhubarb is a great addition to any compote if you like a pleasant sourness and an unusual aftertaste. I want to share with you one of my favorite fruit recipes. Incredibly healthy and refreshing drink!
Ingredients
- Nectarine - 400 g
- Strawberries - 300 g
- Rhubarb - 2 stems
- Sugar - 120 g
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the nectarines into slices, and the rhubarb into cubes.
Fill with water and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for 5-7 minutes, add sugar and mix.
Add strawberries and boil the compote for the same amount.
