Ingredients
- Coffee (freshly brewed espresso) – 50 ml
- Cream (10%) – 100 ml
- Chocolate - 50 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Brew espresso in the usual way.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. If desired, choose bitter or milk.
Warm up the cream.
Combine the ingredients, add vanilla sugar and whisk everything together with a blender or cappuccino maker.
Pour the finished drink into a tall transparent glass and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
