Strawberry compote is good in itself, but it turns out even tastier if you add a couple of handfuls of other berries to it. For example, here is a variant with red currants. Delicious, simple, affordable, very fast – for children and adults.
Ingredients
- Strawberries - 500 g
- Red currant - 500 g
- Sugar - 6-8 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the whole berry, cover with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.
Fill with water, bring to a boil and cook the compote for 7-10 minutes.
Let it cool under the lid.
