Ingredients
- Red Fish (fillet) – 400 g
- Shrimp (chilled) – 400 g
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olives - half a bank
- Butter - 50 g
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Dill (for submission) – 3 twigs
- Water - 2 l
- Water (boiling water) – 2 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, cool and peel off the shells.
Wash the fillet of red fish and cut into small pieces.
Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
Add red fish and potatoes to a pot of cold water. Boil for 15 minutes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add tomato paste, sugar, lemon zest and a couple of spoonfuls of hot broth from the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
Pour the fried shrimp into the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt, turn off and insist under the lid.
When serving, add olives and finely chopped dill to the plate.
